Split your rent

Split your rent into 4 weekly installments.

RentEase pays your full rent when it's due, then splits it into smaller installments matched to your paycheck — so cash flow lines up and your landlord is always paid on time.

For renters

How it works

Three steps from signup to a split plan — your landlord is always paid in full on the 1st, and your weekly installments line up with your paycheck.

  1. 1

    Tell us your rent

Type your monthly rent and pick a first due date. We pick a 4-week tier that fits.

  2. 2

We pay your landlord on the 1st

On the first of the month we send your landlord the full rent — same as today.

  3. 3

    You pay us weekly

Four weekly installments from your bank or card. A flat $9.99/month subscription plus 2% on each weekly installment (or 1.5% per twice-monthly installment).

For landlords

How it works for landlords

Your renter signs up on their own — you do nothing. We cover the float and collection risk, so rent still lands on the 1st, every month, exactly as before.

  • No enrollment

Your renter pays us. We pay you the full rent on the first.

  • No chargebacks from missed weeks

We take the loss if a renter misses — you still receive your deposit schedule.

  • No paperwork

No new bank details, no contracts to sign. Keep your existing deposit flow.
