For partner banks

Mortgage installments for your borrowers

Help your borrowers split their mortgage instalments without RESPA friction.

RentEase splits what a borrower owes usinto smaller installments matched to their paycheck. The full mortgage payment still flows to your servicer on the due date through the borrower — there's no new inflow on your side to reconcile, no disclosures to re-paper, and no third party touching your escrow ledger.

What partners get

The two pieces of math partner reviewers ask about first — the amortizing principal-and- interest formula and the 1/12 escrow split — are published end-to-end in the spec doc below. The same file drives the calculator on /mortgage.

P&I amortization support
Standard amortizing formula on the monthly P&I: cents-exact and reproducible, so the schedule a borrower sees matches the schedule your servicing team replays.
1/12 escrow split
Monthly escrow is computed as annual ÷ 12. The page takes annual escrow as the canonical input so banks can reason at any scale and match it against a T&I statement.

Pricing

One cadence your borrowers can plan around

The per-installment service fee is 2.00% on each weekly installment and 1.50%on each twice-monthly installment. No compounding late fees, no origination changes, no impact to the loan's servicing economics — the cadence is what your borrowers opt into, not what your bank offers.

Pilot terms

What to expect in the first three months

The pilot is structured to answer the compliance questions — not to lock a bank into a platform. Every term below is in plain English; the full Q&A lives on /faq#pilot.

3-month pilot scope
Fixed cohort, mortgage-installment focus only. Each partner bank gets a single named integration contact at RentEase — no shared incident channel, no ticket queue. Cohort size stays small so edge cases get case-by-case review.
No RESPA exposure on the lender side
RentEase never accepts the borrower's mortgage payment and never touches the lender's servicing economics. The installment cadence is a tool the borrower opts into — your loan, your servicer, your escrow ledger are untouched.
No data-sharing commitment until pilot closes
No loan-level data, payment-history data, or escrow data flows to the bank during the pilot. Any data-sharing arrangement is opt-in after the evaluation window closes — not a precondition for joining.
Named escalation path
Edge cases go directly to the integration contact assigned at pilot start. There is no first-level ticket filter or shared incident channel between partners.
Quarterly reconciliation and 30-day exit
Quarterly spec-doc reconciliation between partners and the RentEase team. Either side can exercise a 30-day exit clause at any time with no penalty. Active borrowers mid-plan continue to completion; the cadence tool then quietly turns off for that partner's borrowers.
