RentEase renter pricing: one fee on total monthly rent

Current renter pricing is a $5.99 monthly subscription plus one service fee calculated once from total monthly rent: 2% of the first $1,000 and 1.5% of any amount above $1,000. The same monthly fee applies whether a renter chooses weekly or twice-monthly installments; the fee is allocated across each schedule by rent share.

The four pieces of work are the same ones listed on the pricing page: payment processing and reconciliation, plus the full-transfer model. The fee is based on the month's total rent, not on the number or size of installments.

A $1,000 monthly rent produces a $20 service fee; a $1,500 monthly rent produces a $27.50 service fee. The $5.99 subscription is separate and charged once per month. The service fee is not multiplied by the installment count.

For a $2,000 monthly rent, the service fee is $35: $20 on the first $1,000 and $15 on the next $1,000. Four equal weekly rent shares receive $8.75 each; the first charge is $514.74 including the subscription, followed by three $508.75 charges. Two equal twice-monthly shares receive $17.50 each; the first charge is $523.49, followed by $517.50. Both schedules total $2,040.99 for the month.
